I considered several contractors before deciding on Perullo. Joe was both responsive, an excellent communicator and his prices were very reasonable. Crew was always on time and very neat. I highly recommend Perullo and in fact plan to use them again on future projects.

After looking for referrals and talking with several contractors I hired Perullo Construction to replace the roof, re-shingle the entire house, trim and replace/add windows and painting. Having done several remodels over the years I can say with certainty Joe and his crew are the best I have worked with. Joe responds in a timely manor and his prices are fair. When he says he will be there he keeps his word. His crew is respectful and it is obvious they are skilled and care about their work.
Joe goes above and beyond the typical contractor. I had a design in mind and he obviously listened carefully as my vision for my home has been executed flawlessly. This included asking him about restoring a cupola and weathervane that my father had given to my mother and had great sentimental value. He beautifully restored it and placed it back on the roof to its original home.
Next I have plans to remodel the inside of my home. I already plan to have Joe and his crew take care of this project!

Despite careful research to find and hire builders/remodelers to do a variety of jobs—a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and farmer’s porch addition, to name a few—we have always been frustrated with the process and/or disappointed with the results. However, this is not the case with Joe Perullo!
Joe and his team are AMAZING as they completed a new master bath, a new master closet, an outdoor shower, and a basement remodel!
1. Joe’s communication is clear and frequent. He informed us of the plan and the timing of it and followed through with the plan.
2. Joe is a great listener. He understood what our vision for these projects was and he made the vision a reality.
3. Joe is committed to ensuring the customer is satisfied with the result. He checked in frequently to make sure the work met our expectations.

I contacted Perullo Construction after receiving an endorsement from someone in the building trades and reading online reviews. Unlike other contractors, Joe Perullo replied in a timely manner to give us an estimate to replace 13 windows. We chose him because he was personable, understood our requirements, and charged a fair price.
We were very happy with the workmanship, and Joe’s willingness to work with us to make changes. We were impressed with the professionalism of his crew and the efficiency of the installation under challenging weather conditions. We would definitely hire Joe and his team again.

I called three other builders and Perullo was the only one to respond. Beyond that they showed up for work every day and shingled our home in a week. Their work is superior and their response to unforeseen issues was great. As with any job those issues arise and were detected by Perullo who replaced rotten corner boards, and broken vents.
